I Googled it and apparently it's an issue that a lot of people have with Adobe Creative Cloud, and for the most part, it doesn't seem like there are many solutions that people have been able to get to work reliably. Nothing seems to work, it just hangs at 0%. I tried restarting, disabling everything related to Adobe, clean installing Adobe Creative Cloud again, etc. I just tried to get the Fuse CC (Preview) from the Adobe Creative Cloud updater app thing, and it's been stuck at 0% for hours. Using the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility is a pretty simple process. To download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, click here. It only removes enough junk to enable their applications to install without conflicts. The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility supports both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7. I've been a big supporter of Fuse since the beginning, and even through the initial Adobe transition I was on board. FYI - the Adobe Cleanup utility does not remove all traces of their applications.
